FBI Dallas SAC DANNY DEFENBAUGH

THE DEPOSITION OF DANNY DEFENBAUGH

 

Mr. Defenbaugh is the former Dallas SAC who refused to instruct the Muslim FBI Agent to conduct the recordings requested by the Chicago Division and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DEFENBAUGH DEPOSITION

 

        1. Mr. Defenbaugh admitts that until the day of this deposition, he was never aware of the telephone conference call between the Muslim Agent and US Attorney's Office, wherein the Muslim Agent initially refused to conduct the recording because, "A Muslim does not record another Muslim."

 

        2. Mr. Defenbaugh admits he instructed the Muslim Agent to file the EEO complaint against Agent Wright.

Mr. Flessner is the former federal prosecutor of the Vulgar Betrayal Investigation and placed the conference call in which the Muslim FBI Agent refused to conduct the secret recording on religious grounds.

THE DEPOSITION OF BRIAN ROSS

 

 Mr. Ross is being deposed regarding the ABC News Primetime Live broadcast which aired on 12/19/2002. The issue concerns the Muslim Agent's refusals to secretly record suspected terrorist on at least three separate occasions as reported by Mr. Ross.
